From pain to Innovation: the BALLance® journey

The story behind BALLance®

From athlete to Innovator
Dr. Tanja Kühne’s journey started in professional athletics, but persistent back pain and burnout forced her to step away from her career. Despite her strong muscles and excellent mobility, spinal discomfort held her back. Determined to find a real solution, she partnered with sports medicine scientists and discovered a groundbreaking principle: Too much spinal pressure = Compression & pain. Decompression = Less pressure, less pain. This led to the creation of the BALLance® Method—a life-changing approach to relieving tension and correcting posture.

The science of spinal health

The discovery that changed everything
After extensive research, Dr. Kühne uncovered the hidden cause of spinal pain: thoracic hyperkyphosis and excess spinal pressure. By reducing this pressure through gentle decompression, she developed an effective, science-backed method to restore spinal alignment, improve circulation, and ease muscle stiffness. BALLance® is not just a product—it’s a holistic approach to pain-free living!
