Warranty Coverage
At BALLance USA, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our equipment is designed to support your wellness journey, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
1-Year Limited Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window: You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used BALLance equipment;
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications;
- Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ballanceusa.com.
We may request photos of the damaged product to facilitate a quick resolution.
Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
